But should you receive any faulty item(s), defect materia or we have mistakenly sent wrong items, you may return it to us by following the instructions below: 

  • All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE.

  • All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without any express or implied  warranty or otherwise howsoever arising.

  • The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned within seven (7) days of receiving your order, together with the RETURN FORM.

  • If the item you received is faulty, please contact our online customer service and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return.

  • Order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. No REFUNDs and cancellation will be entertained.

  • Shipping charges are borne by the sender and we are not liable unless and until the item has reached our boutique.
